Nope, mine only goes up to 10mhz - 8. Even so, ASYNC mode was slower then
SYNC, shouldn't ASYNC be faster?
The controlers are SCSI2 tho (as far as I remember),

I don't suppose you could do us a favour and go into your BPPC's settings
and see how fast you can set your SCSI I/face to go? As long as you have
the SCSI version of the blizzard you can do that whether you have anything
plugged into it or not
